Applicant must be presentable and of age between 20 and 40 years with following abilities
Outgoing personality and be able to liaise with people from all walks of life
Plan and execute a marketing strategy for maximum occupancy of The Lake House. including management of all bookings
Assist guests with any tour arrangements they might require. or other information.
Oversee the employees of the house and the tidiness of the place including the garden.
Be available to the guests 24 hours on phone in case of any emergency.
Any other duties required to operate The Lake House successfully.
In return we offer the successful Applicant the following
Basic monthly salary of Kshs8000-00.
Monthly traveling allowance of Kshs3000-00.
Monthly Phone allowance of Kshs900-00.
Monthly commission of 7% of the turnover.
